Two years after being awarded the Cannes Film Festival Jury Special Prize for ‘The Lobster’, Yorgos Lanthimos returns to the Croisette.

This time around, he’s a contender for the ‘Golden Palm’, the highest honour of the world’s largest and most acclaimed Film Festival.

His latest film, ‘The Killing of a sacred deer’, starring Nicole Kidman, Alicia Silverstone and the Lobster star, Colin Farrell, made it to the Festival’s official selection.
