The wife of Greek Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis yesterday gave emergency first aid to an unconscious journalist during an official visit to Cyprus with her husband.

According to reports, Natassa Pazaiti-Karamanlis was visiting an archeological museum in the capital city of Nicosia when a local television cameraman covering the story collapsed.

Natassa, who is also a doctor at Laikon Hospital in Athens, immediately began to give the journalist first aid before an ambulance arrived.
