Actor George Houvardas and comedian, actor and producer Nick Giannopoulos officially launched the upcoming game between Greek team Olympiacos against Australian A-League team Melbourne Victory.
The match – that will take place at Etihad Stadium on Saturday 19 May – will give Australian football fans a chance to see their Greek footballing heroes up close and personal.
The launch held at Alphington, saw a number of VIP guests show off their football prowess by participating in a penalty shoot. Packed to the Rafters star Hourvadas and Giannapoulos both donned the Olympiacos guernsey showing off their Greek pride in Oz.
