Periclis Telios, the man charged with stealing more than $200,000 from an Oakleigh South kindergarten, will face court in January next year.
Police allege that the 40-year-old man stole $200,879 from Ward Avenue Kindergarten bank accounts this year.
This week, Mr Telios appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court dressed in a collared shirt, jeans and a children’s backpack, said he understood the charges against him Mr Telios will face a court again on January 22, 2013.
