The Lemnian Community of Melbourne celebrated its 80-year presence in Australia with a celebration at San Remo in Carlton.
Eight decades are not to be scoffed at. What better way to enjoy the occasion than with good food, drink and merriment provided by live music and good company? The celebration ran through to the early hours and brought together young and old who joined together in music and dance.
If Saturday’s celebration is anything to go by, the community is bound to stronger than ever.
