The Kastellorizian of the Year Award will be presented this weekend by the Kastellorizian Association of Victoria, at its annual St. Constantine and St. Helen’s day, on Sunday, 19 May.

This award on the national level has seen impressive individuals as it’s recipients over the past 20 years.

The Kastellorizian of the Year Award for this year will be going to Mr. Stathis E. Efstathis, Brisbane pharmacist, the Greek Community leader, and a great and avid supporter of the Church and active Kastellorizian Community member. Mr Efstathis will be attending the event together with his ,family to accept the award.

The annual St. Constantine and St. Helen’s day will begin with a service at St. Constantine’s and St. Helens Church in South Yarra, followed by refreshments at the Association’s clubrooms (250 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne).

The VCE Recognition Award, this year going to Ms Paige Adgemis, will also be presented on the day.

The Consul General Eleni Lianidou, as well as State Members Ms. Jenny Mikakos and Mr Martin Foley, are expected to attend the event.
