Football Federation Victoria (FFV) will be hosting the 2013 FFV Coaching Conference on Saturday 26 October and Sunday 27 October.
The conference will provide a valuable opportunity to develop coaching skills, to network with coaching colleagues and interact with experts in the field.
This year’s conference will continue its focus on the National Curriculum in accordance with long-term athlete development and participation in football. It will also offer additional topics selected from clubs’ feedback from the 2012 conference.
FFV CEO Mitchell Murphy urged all accredited coaches to attend the Coaching Conference.
“FFV has welcomed feedback from coaches and clubs from last year’s conference and used that information to make this year’s edition more relevant and effective than ever,” Murphy said.
“This year’s Coaching Conference represents great value for coaches on all levels wishing to develop their skills and accreditation under the guidance of the very best in their field across an exciting weekend.”
Coaches attending the conference will receive a minimum of eight development sessions – a combination of theory and practical – as well as a certificate of attendance. Lunch and coffee/tea are provided for both days.
Venue is yet to be announced. Registrations close on 16 October 2013. For further information on the conference, to register and to vote for this year’s topics, visit the website www.footballfedvic.com.au
