A company in Greece called Korres has announced the Project 4 what may be deemed to be the first ever Greek supercar development.
The Greek car industry has been left dormant for decades, but this new venture by Greek architect and inventor, Dimitris Korres could be its saving grace.
The one-off Greek supercar dubbed the Korres Project 4 holds the same 7.0-litre V8 engine out of a Corvette Z06 and can go from 0-100km/h in 3.8 seconds. Its top speed can reach over 300km/hr.
Few other details have been revealed at this stage, other than that the Project 4 features an adjustable suspension system which can raise the car’s height by 400 mm. It also adjusts the suspension on cornering, so when the car turns right, the centrifugal power presses the chasis to push down on the front and rear left suspension, so the car bends left. The Korres suspension simultaneously lowers the right side of the car overcoming the centrifugal power and vice-versa; the car grips better and turns faster.
There is no word on price and distribution yet, but once going it shall provide much needed economic stimulus for the Greek economy and fantastic publicity for the auto industry.
