La Trobe University and Delphi Bank Bank are coming together to launch a exhibition featuring treasured memories of Greeks that immigrated to Australia.
The exhibition, named ‘Finding Home’ is an ode to the Greek Australian story and will be held at the Delphi Bank in Oakleigh, Victoria from 18 July – 7 October.
A rich collection of items from the Dardalis Archives of the Hellenic Diaspora at at La Trobe University portrays the long journey of thousands of people forced to leave their homeland in hope of finding a new home in Australia.

The collection includes photographs, costumes, records and newspapers among personal items linked to happy and challenging moments.
The exhibition offers a glimpse into the stories, lives, relationships and spirit of Greek-Australians and invites viewers to reflect on their own life’s journey.
