Victor Vernicos is the youngest artist artist competing in the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest and is also the youngest singer that Greece has sent to the contest in their 46 year history.
The Greek-Danish muso started his journey into the world of music at the age of four by learning piano, and wrote his first song at 11.
The song Victor is representing Greece with, ‘What They Say’ is his eight released single to date.
Earlier in the week Vernicos sat down with ERT while in Liverpool for a quick interview after having performed his song live.

Famous singer and last year’s Eurovision co-presenter in Turin, Mika, listed ‘What they Say’ among his 10 favourite entries in this year’s competition.
Mika listened to and evaluated the entries of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, before revealing his own Top 10, in a video he posted on TikTok, placing the Greek entry in the top five, specifically in 4th place.
Meanwhile, the young singer also caught the attention of the listeners on the Eurovision fun forum who did not spare their points when predicting who will make an impression in May.
