A recall on two yoghurt products has been issued by Jalna Dairy Foods due to contamination of E. coli.
The two products recalled are the 1kg Jalna Lactose Free Vanilla, use by date July 28 2023 and the 1kg Jalna Sweet & Creamy Coconut, use by date August 2 2023.
Only these items have been contaminated, with no other size, use by dates or Jalna product impacted.
The two yoghurts are sold through major supermarkets Coles, Woolworths and IGA, as well as various independent grocery stores.
All customers who have purchased said items are urged to return them for a full refund.
Anyone concerned for their health should seek medical advice.
Jalna Dairy Foods say they notified all retailers and authority immediately upon finding the contamination, and are currently investigating the cause.
