Multi-award-winning entrepreneur, property investor, and author Chris Christofi has raised over $117,000 for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.

Christofi now sits first for donations in Victoria and third nationally, it is believed he’ll move to second with more money coming in to hit $120,000.

His original target was $100,000, which he met, then he set $112,500, which has also been surpassed.

Being the ambassador for Vinnies since 2019, and fundraising from 2018, the Cypriot Australian is in his sixth year of raising money to help eradicate homelessness.

He has been able to raise over half a million for the cause, using the money towards providing families and people in need with shelter, food and support programs.

So far in 2023, Christofi’s donations alone provided 372 individual support programs, 976 beds, 3906 beds.

On June 2, Christofi and his company Revention partnered with Uniq Group and Hermitage Homes to run an auction for charity.

The event saw many items auctioned off, including signed gear by sporting icons, football stars Christiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, boxing legends Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali, cricket legend Shane Warne, racers Valentino Rossi and Michael Schumacher, and NBA greats Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson.

Other items included an autographed guitar by Ed Sheeran and vinyl records by Taylor Swift and Kylie Minogue. A helicopter ride over Melbourne and a private chef experience for 10 with Chef Kaela were also up for bids.

Not far behind Christofi at fourth position is Business Sydney executive Paul Nicolaou, who has raised over $114,000.

Both have contributed to a total $8.5 million raised by Vinnies.
