Dr. Helen Arabatzis, has not only achieved remarkable success in her field but has also become a source of pride for the Greek community.

Her story is one of dedication, passion, and a commitment to excellence that has earned her recognition both locally and internationally.

Graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1998, Dr. Arabatzis embarked on a career that would see her become a leading figure in the field of dentistry.

Setting up her private practice in Brunswick in 1999, she quickly gained a reputation for her expertise in dental implants and restorative dentistry.

Despite her busy schedule, Dr. Arabatzis has always been committed to continuing education and professional development.

Over the years, she has mentored and worked alongside a team of practitioners, including dentists and hygienists, sharing her knowledge and expertise to improve the quality of dental care in her community.

Dr. Arabatzis’ passion for dentistry goes beyond her practice. She has a keen interest in research and education, constantly seeking to expand her knowledge and skills. She has completed surgical levels 1, 2, and 3 with The Australasian Society of Implant Dentistry, as well as training in soft tissue management through Nobel Biocare and Aesculap Academy at the Australian College of Surgeons.

In 2006, Dr. Arabatzis furthered her training in NobelGuide with Dr. Patrick Henry in Auckland, and in 2008, she undertook a mini-residency in Implant Dentistry at the Brånemark Training Centre in Marseilles, France, under the supervision of Dr. Patrick Palacci. She has also completed training in Modules 1, 2, 3, and 4 through the Implant Team Academy.

Dr. Arabatzis’ dedication to her profession has not gone unnoticed. She has received numerous awards and accolades, including the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Award in 2023 in Dublin, which recognises her outstanding contributions to the field of dentistry. She has recently been nominated for another three awards which she will travel to USA to receive after Easter.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Arabatzis is actively involved in philanthropic work, contributing to social causes and giving back to the community.

Her family and relatives describe her as a humble and caring individual who is dedicated to helping others, both professionally and personally.
