Sophia Notaras, is the newly installed National President of AHEPA Australia, having previously served as Vice President PGP in Canberra.
Notaras’ installation was well attended on Sunday 21 April at the Hellenic Club in Canberra.
The ceremony was carried out with excellent process by Emanuel Comino AM PNP as Installing Officer and former National President of AHEPA Australia Theodore Lianos as the Director of Ceremonies.
Notaras’ difficult task will be to reunite AHEPA nationally as AHEPA Australia dives into its 90th year and continue to positively impacted many lives by promoting education, philanthropy and social responsibility through community service and volunteerism.
Notaras will also work closely with AHEPA chapters in the US, Canada, Greece, Cyprus and NZ.
