A 44-year-old man has been arrested in Athens for the repeated rape of his son’s 16-year-old girlfriend over a three-month period.
The assaults allegedly took place in the Kolonos area, where the suspect reportedly used threats and blackmail to coerce the victim, according to Greek authorities.
The abuse was carried out in the man’s car and was only brought to light after the girl confided in her family, who alerted the authorities.
Police confiscated the suspect’s mobile phone, car, and a laptop from his home for further investigation.
The case is being handled by the Kolonos police department.
The girl has been examined in the presence of child psychologist, said TO VIMA.
