The annual Let’s Go Greek Festival is once more set take over Parramatta, converting Western Sydney into a grand celebration of Hellenism for all people with this year’s events featuring artist Konstantinos Pantelidis amid his first ever Australian tour.

The 10th edition of the festivities returns to George St, Parramatta this coming Sunday (8 September) in an all-day event that will run from 11am till late into the evening.

A chief highlight will be the performance of singer Konstantinos Pantelidis, who is preparing for his first ever tour in Australia.

Other artists set to feature include band IHO NYX, DJs Jimmy V and Georgie D, bouzouki player Tommy Tsonis and Jamison Athanasiou on klarino.

The Festival will have a myriad of market stalls and food on offer, along with carnival rides farm animals and a fireworks display after 6,30pm.

A raffle will take place with a cash prize of $20,000 on offer.

The Festival has organised free shuttle buses every 15 minutes from 10.45am until the fireworks to take patrons from Western Sydney University (WSU) Parramatta to the Festival Grounds, with WSU providing free parking at its South Campus on Victoria Rd.

The day is set to continue the expanding impact of the festival, which has grown in the past ten years into a staple of the area’s calendar of events.
