Fronditha Care held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) last Tuesday with over 50 attendees gathering to reflect on a year of milestones and growth.
In his opening address, President and Board Chair Kostas Livadaras celebrated the organisation’s achievments describing it as a thriving community dedicated to making a genuine impact on the lives of elders.
“This year, we have firmly established that we are a community of people with incredible impact who make a genuine difference to the lives of so many,” he said.
A key highlight of the AGM was the announcement of the Fronditha Care Foundation.
Livadaras highlighted several key accomplishments:
- Record revenue: A historic turnover of $106.9 million, with EBITDA increasing by 17 per cent to $9.7 million from the previous financial year.
- Service expansion: A 98 per cent occupancy rate across residential care and over 1,050 home care packages delivered.
- Workforce growth: An 18 per cent increase in staff, bringing the total workforce to over 1,000 employees.
Livadaras described the Foundation as a transformative step for the organisation, aiming to set new benchmarks for culturally specific aged care across Australia.

“The Foundation was born out of a deep desire to build a better future for our elders and community,” he said, crediting these successes to Fronditha Care’s commitment to innovative service delivery, workforce culture, and financial sustainability.
Looking ahead, Livadaras reaffirmed Fronditha Care’s readiness to adapt to upcoming sector reforms, including changes to the Aged Care Standards and the new Aged Care Act.
Treasurer Alex Dimou presented a detailed financial report, emphasising the organisation’s robust fiscal health and its foundation for sustainable growth as a not-for-profit provider of culturally centred aged care services in Victoria and NSW since 1977.
With over 1,000 staff, the organisation supports more than 1,600 elders weekly.
The AGM concluded with the unanimous endorsement of three Board of Directors candidates.
