New fathers can now connect, share experiences, and build skills through PRONIA’s four-week program All About Dads, returning on Wednesday 20 August.

Designed for dads with children aged 0–4 years, the initiative combines open conversation, practical parenting strategies, and physical wellbeing in a welcoming, non-judgmental space.

Facilitated by PRONIA counsellor Theodore Davoutis, each weekly session features informal discussions, information sharing, and a 30-minute group personal training segment led by a professional trainer so dads can also improve their physical health and reduce stress through structured group exercise.

The program aims to foster peer support among fathers navigating the early years of parenthood, exploring topics such as maintaining strong relationships with partners, balancing work and family life, managing stress, and enhancing emotional regulation.

Cultural perspectives on parenting and the shared challenges of sleepless nights, shifting routines, and new responsibilities are also addressed.

Sessions will be held every Wednesday from 6pm to 7.30pm at Clayton Community Centre, from 20 August to 10 September.
