The final set of qualifiers took place on Thursday morning with the 20 teams that will feature in the League Phase of the 2025/26 Greek Cup officially confirmed.

Thirteen of the clubs come from the Super League, the only exception being Panserraikos after they were eliminated by Kavala.

In detail, the teams that will compete for the first time in the new way of conducting the competition are:

Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, PAOK, AEK, Aris, Asteras Tripolis, Atromitos, OFI, Levadiakos, Panetolikos, Volos, AEL, Kifissia, Ilioupoli, Egaleo, Kavala, Kallithea, Markos, Ellas Syros, Iraklis

Iraklis qualified for the League Phase by defeating Panionios on penalties in a match between the two historic teams in Nea Smyrni on Thursday morning (AEST).

The game finished 1-1 in regular time with goals from Rodrigo Erramuspe (3′) and Silvester van der Water (14′ pen.), with it going straight to a shoot-out.

Panionios led 2-0 at one point but three failed shots in a row saw them cough up their advantage as Iraklis won it 3-2 with Theodosis Macheras converting the winning spot-kick.

A trio of 1-0 wins saw Ellas Syros defeat Nestos Chrysoupolis, Markos beat Chania and Kallithea knock out Kampaniakos, with the victorious clubs securing their spot in the League Phase.
