The “Trifylli” is looking to emerge from the international break prepped and ready to earn their first win of the season against recently promoted side Kifisia.

Panathinaikos travels away to face Kifisia on Monday morning (AEST) in the Greek Super League’s third round, with the Greens hoping to put away their demons following their draw against Levadiakos.

The “Trifylli” cannot accept anything less than three points if they wish to build momentum, meaning the match already looms as an important clash to showcase their quality.

For Kifisia, the game represents a major but not impossible challenge on paper as Levadiakos has already proven points can be won against Panathinaikos.

The “blue-greens” will strive to earn another big result when they host AEK, with Enosi seeking to preserve their perfect start to the campaign.

AEK will no doubt be eager to make it three wins from the opening three rounds, while Levadiakos has a chance to truly instil fear in the league (particularly the top clubs) if they can somehow record another positive result against one of the bigger teams.

PAOK goes on the road to face OFI in the matchday’s closing fixture as they too aim to secure their third straight win.

The Double-headed eagle of the North have managed narrow 1-0 victories so far and will be eyeing a more comfortable win that can serve as a stronger statement of their abilities.

Asteras Tripolis hosts Larissa in the other Monday game in an intriguing clash wherein both teams are fighting for their maiden league triumph.

Olympiacos opens the round with a Sunday morning clash against Panserraikos at “Georgios Karaiskakis” Stadium, and the reigning champions will not settle for anything less than three points.

The “red-whites” have also been perfect thus far, which they would no doubt want to keep going.

The Serres side will need to give everything they have to somehow sneak away with a win or draw and procure their first points this term.

Aris goes away to face Atromitos in the first contest under new coach Manolo Jimenez.

The former title-winning coach with AEK will wish to start his term with the Thessaloniki club on the right foot, while the Peristeriotes will try everything in their power to ruin his debut match in the Aris dugout.

Volos is on the hunt for their first points of the campaign when they challenge Panetolikos away, with the Magnesia outfit eager to get out of last place.
