The draw for the quarterfinals of the Greek Cup held on Wednesday has kept favourites Olympiakos and Panathinaikos apart until the final.
The pairings for the third round of the competition, featuring last season’s top-six league teams as well as Aris and Ikaros Kallitheas who emerged from the first two rounds, are as follows:
Kolossos Rhodes vs Panathinaikos, Panellinios vs Olympiakos, PAOK vs Ikaros Kallitheas and Aris vs Maroussi.
The single-leg quarterfinals will be played on Wednesday, October 13.
The winner of the Kolossos vs Panathinaikos tie will face the winner of Aris vs Maroussi, in the two-leg semifinals while the other two winners will meet in the second semi.
The games will be played on December 29 and February 9.
The final is scheduled for March 6, 2011 at a venue to be decided after the semifinals.
