The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has revealed that there is an estimated $636 million unclaimed in bank accounts, insurance policies and uncashed dividend cheques around Australia so they are urging Australians to visit the MoneySmart website to claim their money.
ASIC says that people some times lose track of their bank accounts and monies.
