Oh My Greek (OMG) Week commences next week with a host of exciting events that will see some of the best Greek chefs and mixologists the world has to offer come to Melbourne.
Spearheaded by George Calombaris, the program’s line-up is nothing short of incredible. But if you’re struggling to pick between events, then the Gala dinner could be the solution, as all OMG week guests will come together under one roof for an exciting evening of food, drink and entertainment.
Set to be hosted at the Dockland’s Peninsula on Thursday 24 November, the glittering event will be a true celebration of Hellenic cuisine. Plus there will be an exclusive and intimate performance from Cypriot music superstar Michalis Hatzigiannis.
Guests will also have the chance to mingle with special guests, which include the likes of Calombaris, executive chef Alex Tsiotinis from Athens, chef Gikas Xenakis from Aleria in Athens, Nikos Roussos and Georgianna Halidakis from Athen’s Funky Gourmet, and pastry wiz Stelios Parliaros, amongst various others.
The Gala Dinner is taking place at Peninsula, 161 Harbour Esplanade, Shed 14, Central Pier, Docklands, VIC from 6.30 pm-10.30 pm.
