In Greece this dish is typically served with toasted bread. Dip your bread in the delicious tomato sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 pinch Mediterranean seafood rub
115 grams feta cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
115 grams olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1⁄2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 3⁄4 lbs. prawns
2 tomatoes, chopped

Method:
In a pan, sauté the onions in oil until translucent.

Add the tomatoes, garlic, and all the seasoning to the pan.

Simmer for 25 minutes. Prepare and clean the prawns.

Place the prawns in a baking dish and cover with the onion mixture. Sprinkle with feta on top.

Bake in oven at 190◦C for 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

Note: If you would like to add a slight sweetness to this dish, add a tablespoon of honey.
