Ingredients

2 cloves garlic 1 cup tahini Juice of 3 lemons 110 grams warm water 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons of finely cut parsley Salt to taste

Method

1. Put garlic and pinch of salt in blender and blend, add tahini and beat well till smooth

2. Gradually add the lemon juice, alternating with water, paste will thicken first but will eventually become thinner

3. Add olive oil and chopped parsley
