Everyone’s talking about the RAM for the new Apple iPad. ‘1GB of RAM’ are what the rumours surrounding the new Apple iPad that will launch this month are suggesting. This amount not only beats it’s predecessor, but doubles the RAM that’s on Apple’s new iPhone 4S.

The new iPad has a host of new improvements such as the Retina Display, the A5X processor and an improved camera. The iPad will come in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions and the Wi-Fi model start at AU$539, while the Wi-Fi and LTE options go for AU$679 and up.

The new iPad is expected to hit stores on March 16.
