Duncan Laurence from the Netherlands took home the prized trophy with his Coldplay-esque ballad score, ‘Arcade’. He won with 492 points, followed by Italy’s Mahmood and Russia’s Sergey Lazarev in second and third place.

Sweden took top sport on the leaderboard with 239 points and North Macedonia followed with 237 points, however the Netherlands in third place with 231 points secured a further 261 from the public vote to win the song contest.

Kate-Miller Heidke secured 9th place from Australia with the song “Zero Gravity” that gained 285 points.

Greece’s Canadian-born Katherine Duska stunned audience members and viewers alike with her soaring vocals and song, ‘Better Love’ but audience members in Tel Aviv booed after the country received 12 points from their neighbours, Cyprus. She ended up in 21st place.

Tamta sang for Cyprus, gaining the 15th spot.
