Film producer Alex Lykos, famous for his production of ‘Alex and Eve’ (2015), was present in South Australia during the premier of ‘Me and My Left Brain’ at Palace Nova last week.

The event premiered in South Australia for the first time and was followed by a Q&A session.

“Me and My Left Brain” is an Australian-made film shot in Sydney in 2019, starring Mel Kennard, Rachael Beck, Chantelle Barry and Alex Lykos playing the main role as Arthur.

Alex Lykos is also the director and producer for the movie, about a man who gives up his job to pursue his dream of being an actor, though everything goes against himl; including his love life, career and his left brain.

The night before his most important audition, his left brain starts to over think his past memories. Malcolm Kennard (playing the left brain), reminds Arthur (Alex Lykos), how he is wasting his time chasing the girl his in love with Helen who is played by Chantelle Barry. After a rough night where Arthur is plagued by past memories, he is faced with the harsh reality ‘He needs to move forward’, and attends his audition with news he never expected to hear.
