The Fasolada Festival is back with Greek baked beans served by ‘Aristotelis’, Florina’s Culture Centre in Melbourne.

The celebration of the Fasolada has taken place at Whittlesea since 1992 and just gets bigger and better every year.

Last year, there were 500 servings of the baked bean soup, showing that the Greek dish will always hold a place in people’s hearts. Though fasolada is the main dish featured at the festival, it is offered with all the traditional accompaniments which include sardines, olives, and of course bed fresh from the oven.
