Renowned Greek songstress Anna Vissi has teamed up with Napoleon Perdis to unveil a hot new look for her series of summer concerts in Europe.

Vissi’s last look was all about red lips and a pale complexion. Her new visage plays up tawny skin, smoky eyes and metallic highlights, which is perfect when she’s headlining a club on the Greek islands.

To get the look, Napoleon used Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Primer, China Doll foundation (shade 3) and lashings of Long Black Mascara. To this base, he added flourishes including Prismatic Eye Shadow no. 11 on eyes, Mosaic in Bronzing on cheeks, Loose Dust no. 37 to highlight and Gloss Patrol in Cairo on lips.

For an extra dose of drama, Napoleon used his Dramatic Eye Shadow Quad from the Divine Marchesa collection. The new collection, which sees Perdis wave his make-up brush towards the dark and provocative side of the colour palette was inspired by Italian noblewoman Marchesa Luisa Casati (1881-1957).

Based in Venice, Paris, Capri and beyond, Casati hosted masked soirees, courted scandal and collected an exotic menagerie of animals including snakes, monkeys and cheetahs that she paraded on diamond studded leashes.

Provocative, outlandish and blessed with legendary style, Casati’s influence continues to be felt in the twenty-first century.

“Luisa Casati was no great beauty — she had an ashen complexion, enormous kohl rimmed eyes and a shocking corona of red hair —but she really worked it,” says Perdis.

The Divine Marchesa collection, available from September 6 consists of Boudoir Mist Spray Foundation in five shades, the Dramatic Eye Shadow Quad, Black Sapphire nail color and Ravishing Rose Lip Shine, a vermilion lip stain in a black rose-shaped component.
