Popovic, is planning to infuse Xanthi FC’s manpower with former Western Sydney Wanderers academy head Arthur Diles and Zeljko Kalac.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time in Perth, working with great people and living in the city,” said Popovic who is trying his luck in Europe for the third time.

“An opportunity has now come for me to pursue in Europe, but I’m very thankful to everyone for making my time in Perth so enjoyable.”
