Both Greece and Cyprus left viewers with strong impressions following their first rehearsals for Eurovision, with the two countries forecast to do well in the competition.

Stefania Liberakakis, whose performance of “Supergirl” was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic last year, will be representing Greece for 2021.

The Greek representative had previously represented the Netherlands in the Junior Eurovision concert with the group Kisses in 2016 and had appeared in The Voice in the Netherlands.

The 18-year-old singer’s song “Last Dance” was rehearsed for the second time on Thursday and has so far been very well-received by Eurovision fans with a poll on wwwibloggs, com, a prominent Eurovision blog, posting her as a favourite in the contest.

The choreography is by Fokas Evangelinos, who has been involved in numerous other place-getting Eurovision choreographies.

The set’s theme will be all purple with projections used as special effects.
