Greek Australian director George Miller walked the red carpet on Monday at the world premiere for Happy Feet 2 in Hollywood. On hand were his star-studded cast, including Robin Williams, Sofia Vergara, Elijah Wood, and rocker Pink to promote the sequel to the Oscar winner for Best Animated Feature.
Happy Feet 2 continues the journey of the lovable colony of dancing and singing emperor penguins in Antarctica. There is plenty of Australian talent with the voices of Magda Szubanski, Hugo Weaving, Anthony LaPaglia and Richard Carter voicing various characters. Miller has more than earned his stripes with a string of successes starting with Mad Max, three Oscar nominations and an Oscar winner in the original Happy Feet.
Happy Feet 2 opens in Australia on Boxing Day.
