It’s true. Nokia has admitted it. They are working on a tablet.
The company’s chief designer, Marko Ahtisaari revealed on Thursday that he is spending one-third of this time working on a tablet. What he didn’t say was whether or not the tablet will run on Windows 8 – as everyone is expecting it to – and when it will launch.
The rumour mill on whether or not Nokia would create a tablet has been running wild since 2010. The Nokia CEO has downplayed this, saying that his company could see an “opportunity” in developing a Windows 8 based device.
