Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 kilo of yellow pumpkin
500 grams of sugar
200 grams of walnuts (you can use pistachio nuts instead) coarsely ground
Rosewater
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Method:
1. Clean and slice the pumpkin
2. Grease a baking dish with butter and lay out the pumpkin
3. Put a layer of sugar on top, cinnamon, a little vanilla
4. Bake in a preheated oven of 180C till pumpkin is soft and brown allow to cool
5. Now put a layer of walnuts on top and spray with a little rosewater (I use about a cap full)
