Tomato soup
Ingredients:
1 leak
1 stick of celery
1 onion
3 ripe tomatoes
1 coffee cup of kritharaki (rizoni)
2 tablespoons butter
2 and 1/2 litres of water of chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Chop all the vegetables into cubes
2. Add to the stock/water
3. Cook till tender
4. Add the kritharaki, pepper and salt
5. Allow to cook for approximately 10 minutes
6. Serve hot
