Ingredients:
30-40 cocktail frankfurts sausages
100 grams of yogurt
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 satchel of dry yeast
Enough flour to make dough
1 egg
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. In a mixer empty the yogurt, oil and mix well till blended
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and make into a light dough
4. Take a small amount of dough and wrap it around the small frankfurts
5. Line them all up in a oven dish brush with the beaten egg
6. Cook in a preheated oven for 15 minutes
