Ingredients:

A small amount of olive oil for spreading

250 grams of kefalograviera sliced finely

1 wine glass ouzo

1 kilo tomatoes

200 grams pickles

50 grams capers

1 small fresh onion cut finely

6 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

 

Method:

1. Cut tomatoes in cubes and mix with other ingredients.

2. Serve salad
