Ingredients:
1 small lettuce
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 white fresh onion
2 cloves garlic
3 firm tomatoes
6-8 pickled peppers
1 grated carrots
1 cup of mixed pitted olives
1 tablespoon of capers and caper leaves
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons ricotta
1/2 bunch of fresh basil
Dressing:
1/2 teaspoon of sumac powder
1/2 tablespoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Method:
1. Crush garlic; mix with lemon juice, vinegar, and sumac the add salt and pepper
2. Cut lettuce finely, cut boiled eggs in half, cut tomatoes in cubes, finely cut onion, place all with grated carrot, artichoke hearts, olives, peppers, olives, capers, fresh basil and toss with dressing.
3. Sprinkle with crumbled ricotta
