375 ml cream
6 large egg yolks
397 gr. Sweetened condensed milk
90 ml tequila
50 ml cointreau
6 lime juice and zest of 1

Method:

1. Build mixture beating the cream and slowly stir the egg yolks
2. Pour the mixture into a pan and heat until it thickens. Allow cooling slightly and adding the sweetened milk, tequila, cointreau, lime juice and lime zest
3. Allow cooling completely before work in the ice cream maker
4. For the ultimate dining pleasure without guilt, rub the rim Margarita glasses with lime juice, turn them upside down in a mixture of sugar and salt and add the cream
