Preperation time: 15-25min
It’s a very simple recipe but it’s really divine!
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
160 grams olive oil
160 grams sugar
4 eggs
120 grams flour for all purpose
80 grams almonds or walnuts (chopped)
METHOD
1. Melt the chocolate chips in a small pot that underneath is boiling water in another pot, add the olive oil and mix.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar very well.
3. Pour the mixture with chocolate and olive oil in the beaten eggs and stir.
4. Add the flour and the chopped almonds or walnuts.
5. Put the mixture in a form with diameter 20-22cm and bake in a preheated oven 160C for 25 minutes (if you bake longer it will get dry.)
Tip: You can preserve it out of the fridge, in room temperature. If you want, you can warm lightly before serve.
You can accompany it with ice cream. and you can leave out almonds or walnuts if needed.
