Ingredients:

75 gm self-rising flour
50 gm milk
150 gm butter (melted)
150 grams of good chocolate
3 eggs separated
150 gm sugar
Pinch salt
4-5 drops of mastic oil (or 6-8 gm of finely crushed mastic tear drops)

Method:

1. Heat over 150 C
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water
3. In a separate bowel mix 120 grams of the sugar with the egg yolks
4. Add the egg yolks into the chocolate, which has been taken of the heat
5. Add the milk, flour, salt, and fold
6. Beat egg whites with the reaming sugar till stiff in clean bowel and add.
7. Add the mastic
8. Pour the cake mix in a well-lined cake tin
9. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
