Ingredients:
250 ml black tea
250 ml red wine
250 ml orange juice
250 ml raki
60-80 gm sugar
Zest of half a lemon
One cinnamon stick
3-4 cloves
Method:
1. Pour into a saucepan wine, orange juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves and sugar. Mix well.
2. Add black tea and place the pot over medium heat keep ingredients warm, without boiling and till the sugar has dissolved.
3. Just before boiling, withdraw the pot from the heat, add the liquor and stir gently.
4. Serve immediately in warm tea cups and placed into each cup or side of one round slice of lemon.
NOTE: you might like to vary the spices and put in ones that you have a preference to.
