Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar (if you like them sweet add a little more)
Half a potato
Half a teaspoon salt
One cup of milk
5 teaspoons dry yeast
2 tablespoons oil

Method:

1. Wash the potato prick with fork or skewer to make small holes and bake in the microwave for five minutes
2. Warm some of the milk and add a bit of sugar and yeast
3. Mash with fork half the potatoes and add the flour, salt, sugar and milk with the yeast. Mix well with your hands and let the mixture covered with a towel for five minutes.
4. Add two tablespoons oil and knead. I open a sheet 1.5-2 cm and cut with glass. If the dough is sticky add some flour (both until you can open it with or without arms). In the centre make a hole with a round cap.
5. Fry over medium heat, because they burn easily, and leave to drain on absorbent paper. Dip in icing and enjoy.
