Ingredients:

250 gm. flour
200 gm sugar
150 gm butter
4 eggs
250 gm grated carrot
130 gm fresh milk
20 gm ginger
1 teaspoon baking powder
A little bit of vanilla
A little bit of ground cloves
Zest of half a lemon and half an orange
50 gm raisins

Method:

1.Stir in flour cloves, vanilla and baking powder
2. Beat in mixer sugar and butter to make them fluffy and add one to one egg, orange zest and lemon, carrot and raisins
3. Heat the milk with ginger, strain and add to the mixture with the flour
