Ingredients:
250 grams Greek feta, cubed
1 tablespoon Greek-style yoghurt
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried wild oregano
1-2 small fresh chillies,
seeded and finely chopped
a handful of basil leaves
2 spring onions, chopped
freshly cracked pepper
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together well and serve as part of a mezze plate or with crusty bread
