Ingredients:
250 grams of tinned revitha, strained and rinsed
4 garlic cloves, mashed
1 tablespoon of tahini
juice of one lemon
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
hot or sweet paprika to taste (optional)
salt and pepper

Method:
1. Put revithia in blender.
2. Add tahini, garlic, blend.
3. Add oil and lemon juice gradually.
4. Add salt and pepper and paprika.
5. Blend until smooth.
