According to the U.S. News & World Report list which came out this week, two Greek islands have been listed among the top 20 destinations in the world for a honeymoon trip.
U.S. News, did a survey taking into consideration not only the reviews of travel experts but also the experiences and comments shared by thousands of travellers in order to present the best honeymoon destinations for 2019.
Unsurprisingly, Santorini has made it in the top 10, as the ninth most romantic destination in the world with Corfu following in 17th place.
Saint Lucia is the most popular Caribbean destination for romance, rejuvenation and adventure and this year it has won the hearts of the world, nailing the top.
Hawaii’s Big Island came second and Bora Bora was catapulted to third place with the Maldives and Bordeaux featuring if the fourth and fifth places respectively.
