There’s nothing like an August full moon in Greece. Museums and archaeological sites will offer guests free admission around the country.
The Acropolis Museum will offer a free concert with popular songs to visitors under the full moon at 9pm on 15 August. Singers will perform from the repertory of well-known Greek composers.
The museum will remain open from 8am to midnight with free admission from 8pm until its closure.
The museum also features a photography exhibition of marble craftsmen who have worked on the Acropolis.
