Two remarkable women are invited to this week’s free zoom session organised by The Food For Thought Network through their interactive closed Facebook platform ‘Greek Australian Women and Friends around the world’.

Professor Vasso Apostolopoulos, and Cr Georgina Papafotiou both living in the West, will give an insider’s view of their experiences residing and working in some of Victoria’s worst COVID-19 hot spots, this Sunday.

This coming Sunday 12 July at 5.00 pm:
Cr Georgina Papafotiou will address and discuss the following:
– The results of the latest surge of COVID-19
– The municipalities affected
– The general sentiments of the City of Brimbank’s constituents. How people are faring and feeling?
– Which services or facilities are closing in council areas affected
– The impact on businesses and families
– What support is available
– Complying with restrictions

Professor Vasso Apostolopoulos, a regular supporter and contributor, will join and speak about why people avoid to be tested and the dangerous spread of misinformation on social media.
